Product introduction:
HY-70W-1 is a synthetic lithium magnesium silicate.It is not soluble in water but it can expand with water to form a colorless transparent colloid.High thixotropic colloids can be formed when the concentration in water is more than 2%.

Application:
It has excellent thixotropy in various water-based formulations.It can used in household and industrial surface coatings, detergents, ceramic glaze, agriculture, oil fields, forestry, aquaculture and horticultural products.The sol-pregels formed by HY-70w-1 series of products can be used as thixotropic agents, rheological agents and anti-precipitation agents for water-based coatings.
Use Method
70W series of synthetic inorganic gels need to make pre-gel before add in the system. After mixing in water, they should be left alone for more than 15 hours to fully expand the product and make it to form gels. This process can be accelerated in hot water.
